She has over 15 years in senior leadership roles running businesses across the retail, HR and CX space. Utilising her experience in NLP and DISC ADVANCED® system, she specialises in Exec performance coaching, Corporate culture strategy, including vision and values and holistic wellness strategy.
Gab leads with purpose and is an advocate for values driven business. Her direct leadership style will engage, empower and equip you to be the best you can. Gab integrates NLP and behavioural profiling - using the to enhance the results achieved with teams.

Matt is a former professional rugby league player with almost 200 matches under his belt across 13 years. He captained and coached the Brazilian national team and represented Brazil in the Rugby sevens at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
Matt is passionate about coaching people to improve their health and fitness, and he is dedicated to helping individuals become the best version of themselves. His calm, cool approach, combined with his fun and energetic personality, makes him the perfect fit to lead the THS Wellness division.

I'm passionate about blending technology with customer insights to create seamless experiences and scalable businesses. All of my achievements have come from being part of some fantastic teams that came together to really drive outcomes that translated in growth for the business.
We have a family of 3 beautiful kids and live in Mt Martha, Victoria where we cherish the summer and great beach days. All of us love our sport and enjoy being outdoors whenever we can.
