Matt has been a part of the One Playground family for 7+ years and is the co-host of the BUILT Different retreat.
He has been a coach for 16 years, mastering in strength, conditioning and body composition. Matt's background in fitness stems from a professional rugby league career, representing England and Brazil at International level.
Matts professional background has shaped his training philosophy in his coaching. He will push you to step out of your comfort zones and challenge yourself to achieve what you might not believe you can.

Gab Roux is the co-host of the BUILT Different retreat and founder of The Human Strategist. Her work sits at the intersection of mindset, performance and identity, helping people uncover the patterns and behaviours that shape how they train, lead and live.
Drawing on her experience coaching across industries and leading high-performing teams, Gab brings a practical and deeply personal approach to transformation. At the retreat, she leads the mindset and emotional performance work, guiding guests to challenge what they’ve been tolerating, raise their standards and step into a more intentional way of living.
